On September 16th at 10:00 AM local time in Germany, the foundation-laying ceremony for MIND Thermal System's first European plant took place in Kirchroth, a city in the Free State of Bavaria, Germany. In attendance were Josef Laumer, the Administrator of Straubing-Bogen, Matthias Fischer, the Administrator of Kirchroth, Wolfgang Speer, Chairman of Lang & Cie, representatives from BMW AG, Andreas Gröbl, Waldemar Eisner, and Stefan Beer, high-ranking officials from the Bavarian Investment Promotion Agency, Ms. Kartin Beck and Ms. Wang Fang, Wu Nan, the CEO of MIND Group, and Li Guokai, the General Manager of MIND Thermal System.

The new plant which is planned to be accomplished in June 2025, is located in the picturesque city of Kirchroth, covering an area of 8,500 square meters. This strategic deployment not only lays a solid foundation for MIND's in-depth development in the European market but also demonstrates MIND's unwavering determination and exceptional capability to provide top-tier automotive air conditioning systems for global premium automotive brands such as BMW.

In his speech, Mr. Josef Laumer, the Administrator of Straubing-Bogen, warmly welcomed MIND's arrival. He affectionately recalled the long-standing cooperation history between China and Germany, and noted that today's foundation-laying ceremony is yet another vivid example of the deepening friendship and cooperation between the two countries. He pledged to continue to pay close attention to and fully support the development of MIND's new plant in Kirchroth, looking forward to build a brilliant future together with MIND, meanwhile, Mr. Josef Laumer believed that MIND would create more opportunities and write a new chapter of success on this vibrant German land.

Mr. Li Guokai, the General Manager of MIND Thermal System, delivered an inspiring speech at the foundation-laying ceremony, he stated that MIND had always adhered to its core values of "Pragmatism, Innovation, Passion, and Sharing".
